What we collect
When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, job details, preferred contact method, service-area results, and your optional email or SMS marketing choices. We also record basic attribution information, such as the page or advertisement that brought you to the quote tool, so we can measure and improve our service.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm service availability, prepare an estimate, contact you about your request, schedule and provide junk-removal services, prevent abuse, maintain our records, and understand which marketing produces legitimate customer inquiries. If you allow optional advertising measurement, contact details submitted with a completed quote may be normalized, securely hashed, and used by Google to attribute that request to an ad. Marketing messages are sent only for the channel you expressly select, and you can opt out at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the quote tool and customer follow-up, including HighLevel (our CRM), Google services used for address and advertising measurement, and website hosting and security providers. They receive only the information needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Retention and choices
We keep quote and customer records only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and business-record purposes. You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where applicable. Reply STOP to an SMS or use an unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing for that channel.
